I'm also a student but like Cat more of a beginner level, l got up to 50k sessions and into Mediavine in 7 months because of the Roadmap (and the roadmap FB group). I should say I haven't even completed the whole course there is that much in it. • and my site is general travel rather than niche so harder to rank for in some cases. the access to Nina is the best (who I would say is almost too available to us ) along with sharing her experiments and what works and doesn't. the only thing the Roadmap doesn't cover is the social/pinterest side of things but other than that i can't think of anything it's missing.
"I mentioned in the private group earlier... roadmap is the gift that keeps on giving. I did it about a year ago and it took about 5-6 months to increase my traffic from 4k to 14k. Now I'm around 20k. The main thing for me is that I thought ""what else could there be about SEO that I haven't already heard somewhere else."" NINA APPRECIATION POST!!!! (heart emoji) This week, I hit the 50k sessions threshold for Mediavine. I've officially applied to join! I wanted to hop on here to give a big, public thank you to Nina, because I truly would not have hit this milestone without her mentorship (and friendship!). In January 2023, my blog logged 5k sessions. In October 2023, it logged 50k. I didn't do it in 6 months, but I think 10 months is pretty solid, too! Nina's strategy WORKS. "Shout out to Nina and this course! (sparkle emoji) just finished checking Google Analytics to track my Jan 2024 performance and did a quick comparison to 2023. Before I started this course in August of last year my organic search sessions were below 1000 every month, (basically just a few hundred). Once I implemented some SEO work they shot up to 1500. And stayed around 2-3k per month the rest of the year. For January 2024 I hit just under 5,000 organic search sessions!!     ““There are so many things I loved about Nina’s masterclass that I don’t know where to start. I’ll emphasize two things: Nina’s concrete, actionable tips and the inspired focus I felt afterwards to put those tips into action.
    So many people say they will provide specific steps to success in a masterclass and then they waste your time trying to convince you to buy their big ticket course instead. This is not – and I repeat, it is not – the case with Nina. From the very beginning of her SEO masterclass, she was telling us what to do, how to do it, and when to do it in detail, with examples.
    My favorite part of her teaching style was that she showed us everything in action, on screen. I feel so much more comfortable with tools like Keysearch now. And then when I watched the bonus site audits – wow, my mind was blown. I never thought watching an audit about somebody else’s site would help so much, but just observing Nina’s process and listening to her explain it was so valuable. Now I know how to analyze keywords better and check to see how my posts match up with my competitors’. I can audit my old posts and feel more confident as I produce new posts.
    But there is something else that really made this masterclass effective for me: Nina was so motivating as she described everything.
