We teach AI, so we’d better be upfront about how we use it. Here’s exactly where AI shows up at She Knows SEO, and where it doesn’t.
1. AI in our content
We use AI as a tool, the same way we use SEO software. It helps with research, outlines, first drafts, repurposing and editing.
The ideas, strategies, experience, opinions and results are ours. Nina or our team reviews and edits everything before it’s published, and we’re responsible for every word, however it was drafted.
We sometimes use AI to make graphics, stickers and decorative images, like on product title pages. We never present AI images as real photos of people, places or results. We don’t use AI to create fake testimonials, fake screenshots or fake results. Ever.
2. AI in running the business
We’re a small team, and AI agents help us keep up. They help draft replies to emails, add students to the courses they’ve bought, sort testimonial submissions, and create transcripts and summaries of program calls.
To do that, they see what the job needs, like your name, email and message. A real person checks what goes out to you. For all other AI work, we strip out names, emails and personal details first. We don’t put your business details or anything you’ve shared with us into AI without asking you, unless you choose to use one of our AI tools yourself.

3. AI tools we offer
Some of our free tools and paid products include AI tools, like the 30+ tools in PPTB and the GPTs in the GPT Sales System. Every one is labelled as AI. When you use one, you’re chatting with an AI model we’ve built and set up, not with Nina or our team.
- AI makes mistakes. Check every output before you use it, especially facts, numbers and anything you publish
- What you type is processed by the AI platform the tool runs on, under that platform’s terms
- Don’t enter passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or other people’s private data
The platforms our tools and agents run on include OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) and Pickaxe.
4. What never happens
- Your personal information, posts, submissions and call recordings are never used to train an AI model
- We use AI accounts and settings where the provider doesn’t train on what we put in
- AI never makes decisions about you that have legal or similarly big effects, like who can buy from us
- We never pass off AI generated testimonials, results or screenshots as real
5. Our materials and AI
Our paid materials can’t be uploaded into AI tools, except the ones we give you to use with AI, like prompts and our own AI tools. Section 10 of our Terms of Sale explains why and what’s allowed. Bots and AI notetakers aren’t allowed on live program calls, which the PPTB Program Agreement covers.
